The more the merrier, right?
Many people think more is better. Well, sometimes it isn’t.
You may be tempted to do more cardio, more often, thinking it will burn more fat and increase your results. However, I highly encourage that you do NOT go overboard!
YOUR BODY NEEDS REST, TOO. Take a day EVERY WEEK to allow your body to recover. You need time between weight workouts and you need at least one day every week when you take a break from cardio.
We weren't always in-shape and healthy. Six years ago we realized our lives had spiraled out of control.
