PACK YOUR BAGS. IT’S PHOTO DAY!
WEAR your swim suit / shorts
A bottle of water to SIP on during photos
1 Oatmeal cookie to nibble on for energy
Posing Oil
4-5 dark colored towels
(A few to wipe off your workout equipment, a few in-studio to wipe off after the shoot, a few to put in your car to protect your seats when you’re done)
A separate change of clothing for after your shoot
Thongs, sandals, other easy-on / easy-off shoes
Make-up (even you guys – to eliminate that shine)
Hair spray, brush, comb
Ladies, bring a few hair-clips and/or pony tails in case the photographer needs you to put up your hair to see your back
Spray-on deodorant
Bring a friend to help you know when you’ve nailed the perfect pose
A weight bench (if your photographer doesn’t have one)
Your Power Blocks or 10-30 pound weights
(if your photographer doesn’t have any)
Your own camera, film and batteries
Your journal (or pen & paper) to jot down your photo day thoughts
