IT’S PHOTO DAY!

Plan the entire day for your photos. Before your shoot, you’ll spend every moment getting ready – physically and mentally. After the shoot, you are likely to want a nap. You’ll also want to work on your essay.

So take the day off. You’ve earned it.

From the moment I walked into the studio, I remember feeling so self-conscious. I wish I could be there with you to tell you how beautiful you are. How hot you look!

Some may say that beauty is only skin deep. But after the transformation you’ve made, your beauty goes all the way through you, inside and out.

Give yourself plenty of time before photos to get ready. Plan at least twice as much time as it usually takes you to get ready.

Schedule your measurements with your trainer on photo day before your photos.

Take only sips of water, NOT gulps.

Wear your swimsuit or boxer briefs under your clothes. If you’re going to a studio or outdoor location, you may not find a place to change your clothes.

Select loose-fitting clothing that’s easy to get on and off. Your shirt should button in the front so you can take it off without ruining your makeup and hair.

Get dressed before you do your makeup and hair.
