Body-for-LIFE Success Journal
The only way you can push yourself and boost your results is to know where you are today, and where you have recently been.
Completing the journal lets you know what weights you lifted last week, how it felt, so that you can plan your workout this week. Same with cardio. And I hold great pride when I look back at my old journals and learn that I’ve increased my weight on a specific exercise by 20 pounds in 12 weeks. Now that’s progress!
Are you often late to eat a particular meal? Are you doing fewer cardio workouts than you realized, but your life is so busy and hectic that you didn’t notice? Are you very rarely hitting your level 10 intensity?
