Seems like a lot of you are wanting to order Precision Protein. GREAT! This means that more people are understanding how hard it is to get enough quality protein in the average diet.
The bad news: Precision Protein has become even harder to get. In fact, it has been discontinued. I was so terrified to hear this because I am a big, big fan. It tastes so good, mixes so completely, and combines well with so many good carbs like yogurt, rice pudding, and even coffee. So when my friend Marc at EAS tried to convince me to try EAS 100% Whey Protein, I was a little hesitant. In fact, I was downright disappointed.
But I needed my protein so I gave it a try.
You know what?!
THE GOOD NEWS: EAS 100% Whey Protein is AWESOME. In fact, I like it even BETTER than Precision Protein! It mixes even easier and has a pleasant, mild chocolate taste. I even purchased the Vanilla, which is great with cereal. Banana and strawberry taste delicious with oatmeal.
So this month’s most frequently asked question is:
“Tami, I can’t find Precision Protein. Where can I get it?”
And the answer is:
“Get EAS 100% Whey Protein that has replaced Precision. It is so yummy, you’ll love it!”
NOTE: Here is the easiest and fasted way to get it. After you click on the link for EAS 100% Whey Protein, first search for EAS and then 100% Whey Protein.
Happy health!

Hi
I’m 4 weeks into the BFL program and am having a lot of fun. My question lies with protein supplementation. I’ve read you recommend the 100% Whey protein product but do you know how that might compare with EAS AdvantEdge High Performance Soy Protein supplement? A friend had given me quite a supply of the soy protein supplement to help my program. Would that be comparable, or should I opt for the Whey product? I’ve got some weight to lose (maybe 15-20 pounds if I wasn’t building muscle) and strength goals to achieve.
Thanks for your help

I’m not sure, Kevan.
Whether or not you should limit your calories depends upon what kind of calories you are consuming and how many caloried you are consuming.
If you are not eating a protein and a carb every three hours, you might not be eating enough!
If you haven’t already read Body-for-LIFE, read it. Over to the right, click on the post “Meal Plan and Shopping List” and compare your eating habits to the Meal Plan that made us Body-for-LIFE Champs.
Hope this helps! Have a GREAT Body-for-LIFE Day.

Robert - I haven’t tried ONs but thanks for the recommendation. Have you tasted the EAS product? How do they compare?
