Start once again by tightening up every muscle in your body for about 10 seconds at a time. Look around to each muscle group to see how it moves.
Do this 3 times each night.
Then, flex all of your abdominal muscles. And hold your pose for 10 seconds.
Flex and hold your lower abs for 10 seconds.
Relax.
Then flex and hold your upper abs for 10 seconds.
Relax.
Then flex and hold your obliques for 10 seconds.
Relax.
Then flex and hold your right side for 10 seconds.
Relax
Then flex and hold your left side for 10 seconds.
Relax.
Do this for 30 minutes.
How does it look best? How does it FEEL when it looks its best?
When it comes to photo day, you will not have a mirror to guide you. It is important to get to know your body well enough that you know how it “feels” when it “looks” its best.
