Have you ever purchased a new car?

Gino and I both used to drive Fords. I specifically remember noticing what a great percentage of other drivers chose Fords. I would swear that 75% of all cars at any intersection were Fords. I thought, how do other car companies even stay in business when everyone is buying Fords?

Then, something amazing happened. In the last year, we both bought Chrysler cars – mine is a Jeep and Gino’s is a Dodge. It’s startling how many people in the last few months have ditched their Fords for Chryslers! I’d swear that 75% of all cars at any intersection are Jeeps or Dodges. Boy, I wonder how Ford is surviving this sudden decline in sales.

The truth is, the human mind will find what it seeks. Always.

When I was looking for Fords, I found Fords.
When I began looking for Jeeps, I found Jeeps.

If you look for excuses, you’ll find them all around you.
If you look for obstacles, your life will fill with detours.
If you look for failure, you’ll most certainly fail.
If you look for imperfection, the mirror will disappoint you.

However, when you look for success, you WILL find success.

Look at where you ARE and you’ll know what you’re looking for.
So, what are YOU looking for? Where is YOUR focus?

Excuses are like your elbows … everybody has them!

I’m pretty sure I have now developed a new host of excuses that someday I will look back at and laugh about. We all do!

But I know that I’ve burst through a lot of my old beliefs.
And you will too … when you commit yourself to it.

Once you quit focusing on your excuses, you’ll begin to recognize your true transformation.
