As you go through your 12 week challenge you have the choice of pulling together your own meal plans based on the Body-for-LIFE Authorized Food List. Or you can use the same Meal Plan that we used when we became Champions.

Even if you are doing your own meal planning, you’ll want to grab our EAS Supplement schedule. This very helpful chart includes how much of each supplement/meal replacement to order for each 4 week period so you don’t run out or have too much. (Save your energy for other things besides figuring this out!)
