Pump up your upper body to increase definition.
20 push-ups
20 bicep curls
20 bench dips
20 chest presses
20 shoulder presses
20 bent-over rows
Do NOT work your lower body before photos.
Keep one of your towels handy to clean your workout equipment.
Now, enter the studio, proudly walk onto the set, and SMILE!
Everything you have done for the last 12 weeks has prepared you for this moment. You are ready!

Ask your friend or your photographer to take some shots with your own camera. Why? They can get “behind the scenes” shots of you preparing and whole-studio shots to capture the scene.
AND, in case, JUST IN CASE anything goes wrong with the professional photos, take 2-3 each of your front shots and your back shots.
We weren't always in-shape and healthy. Six years ago we realized our lives had spiraled out of control.
