8 Tips

You’re almost there…

1.
Help your friends help you by telling them what you’re going through, what you’re feeling and what they can do to help you. While they’ve probably noticed the changes on the outside, they have no clue who you are on the inside anymore. Help them out. Talk to them.

2.
Go ahead and buy that bathing suit you’ve been eyeing. It is finally safe to get one that fits you perfectly. I selected one of the suits that had removable padding so that I had some flexibility as my body continued to burn fat. Gino wore his black Sport Briefs.

3.
And, yes, you’ve got to keep flexing. How are your legs? Are they getting more and more defined? Are you discovering how to flex each muscle individually, and all of the muscles in your leg, all at one time?

Now that you’ve mastered posing the muscles in your legs, it’s time to add your abs.

Finally, it’s time to get serious. With hundreds of thousands of competitors, you may not think you can win this thing. But I believe you can. In fact, I believe you already have. Remember, whether or not you are named a champion, you ARE a winner.

I remember the day Gino and I had to decide if we should hire a photographer. It’s a tough decision that would cost us around $200! Then we discussed how proud we were of the changes we had made and the new lifestyle we were honoring. Whether or not EAS called us champions, we knew we were.

We were proud of our progress. We wanted daily reminders of our commitment. So, we decided to hire a professional photographer. Even today, we look back at these photos with as much pride as we do our wedding photos! So at least consider hiring a professional photographer. Like us, these may be photos you’ll cherish for the rest of your life.

5.
Consider asking around at the gym for someone who trains body builders and knows posing. Many Body-for-LIFErs who haven’t had a trainer throughout their transformation work with one for the last few weeks to best prepare them for photos.

The right personal trainer may help you prepare to pose for some of the most important photos of your life!
