It may seem a little early, but…
Women should start looking for swimsuits now, as men should begin their search for the right shorts. But don’t buy them yet.
Some times of year in some parts of the country (like Colorado in the fall), swimsuits can be difficult to find. Start looking at stores to find out which ones have a lot of suits so that you know where to find one that fits you in a few weeks.
However, don’t buy your suit yet. Remember, you could still have remarkable changes ahead of you. Your body may make a dramatic transformation in the next six weeks.
When choosing the suit for your “After” shots, Stick to one solid color. Black suits are most flattering for most figures. Avoid any kind of prints, stripes, patterns, etc. You want the emphasis to be on YOU, not your suit.
Understandably, most retail stores have strict policies about returning bathing suits. However, many mail order companies are much more flexible. Consider taking your measurements and ordering your suit from a mail order company like Venus Swimwear. If it doesn’t fit now, or doesn’t fit in a few weeks, or even if you discover you prefer a different style suit, you can exchange it.

I also find more options when I order by mail I get the right suit for ME and am usually able to mix and match tops and bottoms to best fit MY body.
Men also look best in black. Get tight yet “not too tight” swim trunks or workout shorts. You don’t want them to be too long to cover up your developing quadriceps. Boxer briefs work best.
Gino chose the Jockey Sport(R) Boxer Brief, Style 1104 found at:

Start to ask around for photographers in your area. You want a photographer who specializes in people (not landscapes) and one who has the experience in photographing body-builders is a bonus.
A professional photographer will take your well-transformed body and make you look magical. They know how to work with lighting, poses, posing oils, etc. to make sure you look your very best.
Ask for recommendations of photographers.
Do you hear that applause? That’s me, cheering you on. I’m so proud of you for making it this far. You’re almost there – the end of your 12-week challenge and the beginning of a brand new you.

Just when you thought it was safe … more on obstacles, AND temptation.
We weren't always in-shape and healthy. Six years ago we realized our lives had spiraled out of control.
