					<description>I've found that having an entire free day really sets me off.  On Sunday morning when my free day began I was feeling really strong mentally.  I almost thought I didn't need my free day!  I started out okay with a sausage and egg burrito and orange juice.  I proceeded for lunch to binge on pizza, brownies, chocolate, buttered popcorn, soda, etc...  I got completely out of control!  I felt absolutely horrible!! It was extremely hard for me to restart on Monday.  I think I will try the free meal.  I just can't be trusted to a full free day at this point.</description>
