Another question I hear all of the time . . . is low-fat peanut butter an authorized food?
Though it is high in fat, peanut butter can be considered a solid source of protein. Now, I wouldn’t go eating it every day, but enjoying a banana or apple or celery stick with 1/4 cup or so of peanut butter is not going to harm your progress, as long as you limit this treat to about once a week. Peanut butter has what they call the “good fat” so it is not an awful food to eat.
