So often people ask me how I am able to be so strict, so discipined, so often.

Our families recently got together and are all doing 12 weeks together. I had been following Body-for-LIFE pretty closely for the last year, but ever since the baby was born it was just a little easier than it used to be to miss a weight training session. Missing a weight training session made it easier to have a little unauthorized snack at night.
We weren't always in-shape and healthy. Six years ago we realized our lives had spiraled out of control.
