I just recently went on a VLCD through a local hospital. 800 calories a day for 3 months. I dropped 70 lbs, and went from 30%BF, to 15%BF. I am working out with weights, the BFL 12,10,8,6,12,12 upper and lower body wo. I am also running 2-4 miles on my cardio days. My question is, since I lost the weight on a VLCD, with no carbs, will BFL eating put to much of the weight back on? I went from 275 to 205 in weight, and 30% BF to 15% BF.
thanks, jeff

great article - and a GREATER REMINDER! i ALWAYS get discouraged in week 4 and on... i tend to saboltage myself and i go back to my bad ways becuase the scale isnt reflecting what i want to see... this time (just this last week!!!!!!! week 4!!!!!!!!) i had a bad week just like this - but yesterday i just told myself i had to get back in the gym and just DO IT. i did upper body and hit 10s! i did a REAL HIIT cardio today for the first time in 4 weeks... i have always had mental blocks on those... so it is doable and im achy for it but that's a GREAT ACHE! thanks for the reminder - im posting this at work to remind myself daily - it isnt about the scale.
