What to Do This Week
If you have a trainer, ask him or her to come to your photo shoot with you. Schedule to have your measurements taken on the morning of your photo shoot – BEFORE you oil up.
Read below to finalize your posing exercise. And follow these steps for perfect photos:
THREE DAYS BEFORE PHOTOS
Do a full-body, 40-minute workout. This is your last one before photos!
Follow it by a light, 20-minute cardio workout.
Drink LOTS of water. This actually helps prevent you from retaining water.
Get lots of sleep.
TWO DAYS BEFORE PHOTOS
No weights today. Take a light, 60-minute walk.
Consider shrinking your portions a bit, until after your photos
Again, Drink LOTS of water.
Get lots of sleep.
ONE DAY BEFORE PHOTOS
Read your Photo Day checklist and pack your bags for tomorrow morning.
Again, no weights.
Take another light, 60-minute walk, preferably in the morning.
EAT, tomorrow your body will need the fuel. But eat light.
Drink lots of water up until bedtime. But consider eliminating water for up to 12 hours before your photos.
I know you’re nervous. But try to get a good night’s sleep.
